Tribute to a Virtuous Mother Mummy, today I find myself struggling to find the right words to describe the loss of such a precious woman. She was my friend’s mother, but to me and my family, she became so much more. She was a mother to me, a grandmotherly figure to my children, and a loving presence in the life of my husband and our entire family. Her love was never limited by blood. She welcomed my family, cared for us, prayed for us, and made us feel like we truly belonged to her family. She had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and loved especially with her warming compliments and we were blessed to experience that love firsthand. I will always cherish the kindness, warmth, wisdom, and genuine affection she showed I and my family. She was the kind of woman whose presence brought comfort and whose absence leaves a space that cannot easily be filled. To my dear friend, Dcns Juliet Agorua, I want you to know that while your mother was your greatest blessing, she was also a blessing to my family. We grieve with you because we loved her too. We will forever be grateful that life gave us the privilege of knowing her and experiencing her beautiful heart. Mummy, thank you for loving us. Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, your warmth, your nice compliments and every beautiful memory you left behind. Though your physical presence is no longer with us, your love lives on in the hearts of everyone you touched. You were loved deeply, and you will be missed more than words can express.
